We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Managing Director and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
The Manager Operations will oversee operations and perform management functions to coordinate planning and events in Mauritius. The Manager Operations will be responsible for day-to-day operations; marketing events and working with the Managing Director to ensure all planning requirements are met. This position will work closely with staff to provide a high-level customer service in order to ensure a friendly, safe environment for all stakeholders (staff, customers, suppliers) and work on developing policies and procedures, assist with planning and cost estimates. Additionally, the Manager Operations will handle daily administration, oversee equipment and supplies inventory.
