Your catamaran trip will start along the Grand River South East where a first quick stop will be made at its waterfall. The boat will then set sail to the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. Halts can be scheduled for you to snorkel in the lagoon to discover breathtaking coral reefs and fishes.

A delicious barbeque (BBQ) meal is served right on the catamaran. Once the boat reaches Ile aux Cerfs, you can stroll around the island or just sit back and relax. There are plenty of water sports activity available on the island for you to take advantage of.

Turns out to be a must-do

All friends who have been to Mauritius strong recommends the Catamaran to Ile aux Cerfs cruise. Turns out that this is one of the must-do sea activities on the island. The team at Prestige has a great reputation of excellent services that aligns with a friendly budget. Shain from the helpdesk assisted with our booking and answering (tons of) our questions in a timely manner.

The experience in itself is terrific. I’ve been on several of these catamaran cruise on my trip abroad, but the local and friendly touch of the crew made this one magical.

It took us just a few minutes to book this trip. Since we were renting a car on the island, we opted for the self-drive option. The location of the meeting point was given to us via email including the GPS coordinate. Once at the location, we met the company’s rep who took us to the boat.

Ile aux Cerfs is a lovely remote island that unlike the beaches in Mauritius is has less traffic.

This is my first time on a catamaran and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we were all having a great time on the boat.

The BBQ meal served right on the catamaran is an experience on its own. (Plus free unlimited drinks!)

All in all, a great service – as they say in creole ‘Top Net’! 🙂
