How does it work?
1. Request a free transfer quote
Fill out the form on this page with your arrival date and other details. Our travel specialist will email you a quote within the next few minutes.
3. Driver meets & greets you at the airport
On your arrival at the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lounge with a welcome board bearing your name. Approach him and he will walk you to your waiting car and drive you to your destination.
2. Review and confirm your transfer
Review the quote and simply reply back to the email to accept our proposal. We'll then send you another email acknowledging your transfer confirmation.
4. Ride to your destination then pay
Once you reach your destination, you can pay directly to the driver. He can accept payment in cash in any currency. An invoice will then be emailed to you.

A private transfer means that the vehicle you will be traveling in will not be shared with any other passengers. It will be exclusive to you and your accompanying passengers.
As a thumb rule, we allow one suitcase and one hand(cabin) luggage per passenger. If you anticipate to carry more luggage with you, please mention that during our email exchanges and we will make sure that to send the most appropriate vehicle for accommodating your luggage needs.
We have a large fleet of modern vehicle. The exact type and make of the vehicle is hard to determine upfront and will depend on same-day planning. If you want a specific vehicle (e.g. SUV, Luxury cars), please mention that in your email to us and we’ll review your request.
Your driver will be already at the airport 15 minutes prior to your flight arrival and will wait for your in the arrival lounge at the airport exit. Once you confirm your booking with us, the exact location will be mentioned in your confirmation email.
Our operation center monitors flight delays and we will adjust our planning accordingly to pick you up at the re-scheduled time. However, in the event that your flight is delayed by over 6 hours or simply cancelled, you will need to email us at your earliest convenience.
We do not charge any deposit. Payment is only done at the end of your trip directly to your driver. You can pay in Mauritian Rupees, EUR, USD or GBP. We also accept payment via PayPal and credit card.
The price quoted is inclusive for all taxes, tolls, fees, and gratuities. The quoted amount is the final amount that you will pay. Note that if you opt to pay via credit card on arrival, a 5% bank charges will be applied.
